 1. Product return:

– Term: LefoBox customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days since receiving the goods due to the error “wrong order size”

– Note: In the condition that the customer orders the wrong size and LefoBox delivers the wrong item, LefoBox will bear the 100% fee to return the goods to the customer.

Method 2: Online payment via credit card, bank transfer

Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted;

Step 4: Buyer pays via account number provided by LefoBox

Step 5: LefoBox ship the goods;

Step 6: Buyer receives goods.

Members will be solely responsible for the security and keeping all activities of using the service under their registered name and password. Members are responsible for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, retention of registered names and passwords of third parties for appropriate remedial measures.
Members do not use LefoBox's services for illegal, unreasonable, fraudulent, threatening, illegal information exploration, sabotage, creating and spreading viruses that damage the system , configure, transmit information of LefoBox or use its services for the purpose of speculation, market manipulation to create orders, fake offers, even serving to judge market demand. In case of violations, members must be responsible for their actions before the law.
Members may not change, modify, assign, copy, distribute, distribute, provide and create similar tools of the service provided by LefoBox to a third party without the consent of LefoBox. in these Regulations.
Members must not act to discredit LefoBox in any form such as causing disunity among members by using a second registered name, through a third party or propagating and disseminating information. Not conducive to LefoBox's reputation 

VIII) Liability in case of technical errors
LefoBox is committed to making efforts to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system. However, in the event of a problem caused by LefoBox's fault, we will immediately take measures to ensure the interests of the buyer.
When performing the above transactions, members are required to strictly follow the guiding procedures.
LefoBox management is committed to providing the best quality of service to members participating in transactions. In case there is a technical error, software error or other objective errors leading to the member's inability to participate in the transaction, the member shall notify the LefoBox Management Board. We will fix the error as soon as possible, creating conditions for members to join us.
However, the LefoBox Management Board will not be responsible for handling in the event that the members' notices do not reach the Management Board, arising from technical errors, transmission errors, software errors or other errors not caused by the Board. caused by management.

IX) Rights and obligations of LefoBox Management Board
1) LefoBox Management Board Rights.
LefoBox will proceed to provide services to the participating members after completing the required procedures and conditions that we set forth.
In case there are grounds to prove that the member providing information to us is incorrect, misleading, incomplete or violates the law or fine customs of Vietnam, LefoBox has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the member's right to use the service.
LefoBox may terminate the member's membership and use of one or all services and will notify the member within at least one (01) month in case the member violates the Regulations. of LefoBox.com.vn or have behaviors that affect our business activities.
LefoBox will consider terminating a member's right to use the service and membership if the member does not participate in transactions and information exchange on LefoBox.com.vn continuously for three (03) months. If you want to continue to become a member and be re-granted the right to use the service, you must re-register from the beginning according to the form and procedure of  LefoBox.
 LefoBox may immediately terminate a member's right to use the service and membership if  LefoBox discover that a member has gone bankrupt, has been convicted or is serving a sentence, in case the member's continued activity may cause  LefoBox legal liability, there are fraudulent activities, counterfeiting, causing market disturbances, causing disunity for our other members, activities that violate the current laws of Vietnam. In the event of termination of membership and service use rights, all certificates and rights granted by members will automatically expire and be terminated.
 LefoBox keep the copyright to use the service and the above content  LefoBox according to the legal provisions on intellectual property protection in Vietnam. All icons, content in different languages are owned by  LefoBox. Any illegal copying, use and dissemination of the above property rights is strictly prohibited.
 LefoBox reserves the right to change the service schedule, price list and payment method during the time of providing services to members according to the needs and conditions of the member.  LefoBox and will notify the member within one (01) month.

2) Duties and responsibilities of LefoBox Management Board
 LefoBox will make every effort to the extent and conditions possible to maintain the normal operation of the  LefoBox and overcome problems such as: technical problems of machinery, software errors, internet connection systems, personnel, social changes, natural disasters, power outages, decisions of state agencies or a related third party. However, if the above incidents occur beyond our control, are force majeure circumstances that cause damage to the member,  LefoBox not be held liable.

X) LefoBox membership rights and responsibilities

1) LefoBox Member Rights
When registering to become a member of LefoBox and approved by LefoBox, the member will be able to buy goods sold at LefoBox.
For members, they will be provided with a separate registration name and password to be used in managing transactions at LefoBox and selling their products on LefoBox.
Members will be guided by LefoBox staff to use tools and features for purchasing or posting classifieds and using utility services on LefoBox.
Members have the right to contribute ideas to LefoBox during its operation. Petitions are sent directly by mail, fax or email to LefoBox.

2) LefoBox Member Obligations
Members will be solely responsible for the security and storage and all activities of using the service under their registered name, password and email box.

XI) Terms of Use

LefoBox has the right and can change this Policy by notifying its members on the LefoBox Website. The revised Regulation takes effect from the effective date of the Decision on Amending Regulations. The member's continued use of the service after the revised Regulations are published and enforced means that the member has accepted this revised Regulation.
Operating rules will be continuously updated by LefoBox without prior notice. LefoBox participants are responsible for complying with current regulations when transacting on the website.

XII) Terms of commitment
All members and partners / sellers when using LefoBox as an online purchase and sale transaction, it means that the relevant parties have agreed to abide by this regulation.
